This is my go-to jacket. It works great as a standalone piece in summer, yet it’s large enough to serve as a shell over my down jacket in winter. Since my waterproof jacket is an anorak it's less practical, so I even tend to take this even when I expect light rain and just take my umbrella instead.
Even though I purchased this for being cotton and wanted to see how cotton works as a jacket, it does not glide on wool as well as I would like - creating some friction. A silk lining would likely solve this.
For some reason Patagonia decided to make the hem too short and forgot to add a drawcord, so I had to fix those issues myself.
Fabric: 100% organic cotton ripstop with PFAS-free DWR finish Modification: Added 2 cm to the hem and a drawcord
