It guides how I choose food, materials, tools, relationships, and structures—not based on trends or traditions, but on what consistently proves true in practice.

Approaching lifestyle, routine, and decisions as iterative design—refined over years of living close to cause and effect.

From diet and sleep to movement, technology, and modes of dwelling, each element shaped through observation, simplicity, and constant adjustment.

Understanding emotions as energy stored in the body—especially in the liver—and supporting their release through food, rhythm, and honesty.

Rooted in the Medical Medium framework and lived experience, this work recognises emotional healing as inseparable from physical detox.

Over two decades of lived experience with entheogens—moving through both expansion and disillusionment.

Shaped by long-term practice, academic study, holding space in ceremonies and hosting community integration groups.

Time spent with Zen practice and the Tao Te Ching shaped how I relate to simplicity, perception, and effort. These philosophies remain anchors beneath how I see and structure life.
