The liver stores more than physical waste. Alongside toxins, excess adrenaline, and viral load, it holds the emotional weight of chronic stress and unresolved experiences.
This deep, long-term cleanse supports the body in releasing those burdens, restore balance, and rebuild from within.
- Caloric intake is steady and sufficient — ideal for healing without overexertion.
- Carbohydrates dominate, offering clean, steady glucose from potatoes, oats, peas, and fruits.
- Fiber intake is high, promoting stable blood sugar and healthy elimination.
- Protein is adequate, primarily from oats, peas, potatoes, and supportive vegetable sources.
- Fat remains naturally low, exactly as needed to support liver repair.
Each element is chosen to create consistency — the most important condition for real healing to occur.
To reach the deepest pockets, it's recommend sticking to this protocol for a minimum of two years, preferably followed by one year of integration. Fats like avocado can be introduced in small amounts in the evenings once one has been fully stable on the full doses of lysine, spirulina, barley, and dulse for a few months — usually after around 18 months.
The protocol is inspired by Medical Medium. Although I find a few tiny remarks of his unnecessary, the core of his teachings work so well that they have become a central part of my work. I still recommed reading his books yourself to decide what resonates with you.
A note on ingredients- No fats, salt or strong spices — even small amounts can stimulate digestion or activate the liver when it needs rest.
- Only gentle herbs are included: parsley is grounding and mineral-rich, thyme is calming, mildly antimicrobial, and supports hydration, while coriander assists detox and helps maintain mineral balance.
- Garlic, chili, and other strong spices are too activating in early stages; they may be reintroduced later when the liver stabilises.
- While steady rhythm supports this protocol, supplements don’t need to be spaced this exactly over the day. I’ve just spaced them out here to highlight the most balanced schedule.

Micronutrients✅
Potassium: ~10 g — excellent for adrenal function, nerve signaling, and liver detox (baseline ~3.5 g).
✅
Magnesium: ~589 mg food + 189 mg supplement = ~778 mg — comfortably above baseline (~300–400 mg).
✅
Calcium: ~772-826 mg food + 30 mg supplement = ~802-856 mg — within baseline (~800–1,000 mg). Well absorbed through low-fat, mineral-rich meals, and sufficient when combined with high magnesium, potassium, and vitamin C.
✅
Iron: ~22 mg — strong intake from peas, oats, and potatoes (baseline: ~8–18 mg).
✅
Zinc: ~13 mg food + 7.5 mg supplement = ~21.5 mg — moderately above baseline (~8–11 mg), supportive for antiviral activity.
✅
Vitamin C: ~417 mg food + 500 mg Micro-C = ~917 mg — far beyond the ~75–90 mg baseline, strongly antiviral and detox supportive.
✅
B1: ~60.5 mg — therapeutic, no risk of insufficiency.
✅
B2: ~11.2 mg — therapeutic.
✅
B3: ~53 mg — therapeutic.
✅
B6: ~22 mg — therapeutic.
✅
Folate: ~609 µg food + 500 µg supplement = ~1109 µg — comfortably above the ~400 µg baseline.
✅
B12: 3,500 µg — far above baseline need (~2.4 µg). This is intentional and central in Medical Medium-informed protocols.
✅
Silica: ~35 mg — supports tissue repair, nerve sheaths, and mineral absorption. No official baseline, but comfortably within the therapeutic range (30–50 mg) used for connective tissue rebuilding and viral detox support.
✅ Collagen: Potatoes, bananas, spinach, and blueberries combined with spirulina, barley grass juice powder, lysine, and vitamin C provide all essential cofactors for collagen synthesis — including lysine, silica, vitamin C, folate, and trace minerals. This creates a naturally collagen-building environment without needing isolated collagen supplements.
✅
Vitamin A (beta-carotene): Abundant from potatoes, carrots, spinach, and blueberries — easily converted when the liver is supported. Covers baseline needs and supports immune function, skin repair, and mucosal healing during detox.
✅ Iodine: Supplied through spirulina and dulse. Provides gentle, bioavailable support for thyroid and nerve repair without overstimulation.
PS. The amounts in this protocol are what I used for my own healing; I am 183 cm and 70 kg. Please make adjustmens according to your own needs.
