My approach is rooted in the kind of support what actually works. Rather than timing sessions or following dogma, I believe in taking the time needed to truly get to know you. Because you are only able to heal what you are able to name — and that requires the kind of depth few therapists have time to offer.
That’s why I ask for a minimum commitment of three months. This gives us the depth and continuity to explore your inner world thoroughly, implement changes that truly stick, and then reflect on how those shifts are landing in your life.
Once the three months are complete, I usually invite you to step into a deliberate period of independence. This space is often one of the most powerful parts of the process — a chance to integrate what you’ve discovered, test your new ways of being in the real world, and grow in confidence on your own terms.
As life brings new situations or you feel ready for the next layer of growth, we simply reconnect and decide together what kind of support would serve you best at that moment. I’m here for as long as the relationship continues to nourish your development — never more, never less.
