Additional Notes

  • No salt or strong spices — even small amounts can stimulate digestion or activate the liver when it needs rest
  • Only gentle herbs are included: parsley is grounding and mineral-rich, thyme is calming, mildly antimicrobial, and supports hydration, while coriander assists detox and helps maintain mineral balance.
