HEALING
Liver Healing Protocol
This long-term deep liver cleanse works at the root of many health issues—clearing stored toxins, adrenaline, and persistent viral load, but also emotional and energetic residues embedded in liver tissue—using only organic ingredients.

By moving with the liver’s natural rhythm, it steadies the nervous system, making release a gradual, manageable process. Over time, this opens the way for the body to release burdens it may have been carrying for decades.

Detox Flush

💡 Start with a large glass of lemon water first thing in the morning.
Lemon Water (300-500 ml)
Hydrates, thins bile, flushes toxins, and primes the liver.
💡 Upon waking, the liver is still completing its nightly detox cycle. Lemon water helps flush out what has been processed overnight, rehydrates deeply after sleep, loosens stagnant bile, and prepares the digestive tract without overstimulation.

Taken on an empty stomach, it allows full absorption of alkalising minerals and supports smooth bile flow—setting the stage for celery juice, supplements, and breakfast. Continue sipping throughout the day to sustain hydration and assist detox.

🧬 Approx. 12 kcal, 4 g carbs, 1 g fiber, 30–35 mg vitamin C, 15 mg calcium, 5 mg magnesium, 120 mg potassium.
06:15
Viral Defence

💡 Best taken alone to prevent viral activity before digestion begins.
L-Lysine 1-6 capsules (500-3000 mg)
Suppresses viral activity and supports tissue repair.
💡 L-Lysine works by blocking the replication of viruses, easing the daily load on the immune system, and freeing up resources for repair. Skin, nerve, and connective tissue especially benefit from its restorative effect. Consistent intake supports the body’s ability to suppress low-grade, lingering infections that can otherwise flare into symptoms.

Dosage is best increased gradually over several weeks, allowing the body to adapt while responses are observed. Taking it before digestion begins ensures the most efficient absorption, helping the body use it immediately for both antiviral and reparative functions. Over time, this reduces the background level of immune activation, allowing healing to deepen.

🧬 Essential amino acid derived from fermentation (vegan). Not produced by the body, making dietary or supplemental intake essential for its antiviral role and tissue repair.

Viral & Immune Support

💡 Let these supplements work for a while in synergy with lysine before celery juice.
Olive Leaf 2 droppers (200 mg)
Broad-spectrum antimicrobial and immune system modulator.
💡 Supports the liver by suppressing a wide range of pathogens—including viruses, bacteria, and unfriendly microorganisms—that drain immune resources and delay healing.

By interfering with replication cycles, it reduces pathogen load throughout the body and eases the liver’s burden.

Especially useful in the early and middle stages of viral or bacterial detox, it works synergistically with Cat’s Claw and L-Lysine to stabilise and sustain immune momentum.

🧬 Standardised to contain 20% oleuropein. Not a direct nutrient source, but contributes to antimicrobial activity and immune balance through phytochemicals and antioxidant action.
Cat’s Claw 2 droppers (100 mg)
Destroys viruses and reduces neurotoxin load.
💡 Targets and destroys pathogens that burden the liver, nervous system, and immune function.

By neutralising viral byproducts and neurotoxins, it helps calm chronic inflammation and supports the body’s deeper repair cycles.

Best taken away from food to maximise its antiviral potency and free up immune resources for healing rather than defense.

🧬 Wild-harvested herb, traditionally used for immune modulation. Contains alkaloids, glycosides, and other bioactive compounds shown to reduce viral load and inflammation.

Liver Flush

💡 Drink freshly pressed within 1–3 minutes for best results.
Celery Juice 1 bunch (400 ml)
Cleanses the liver, strengthens hydrochloric acid, and purges toxins.
💡 Acts as a powerful liver cleanser, helping purge stored toxins and waste while restoring vital digestive functions.

Its cluster salts neutralise toxic acids, dissolve viral debris, and support the liver’s production of clean bile.

By strengthening hydrochloric acid in the stomach, it enhances nutrient absorption later in the day and reinforces the entire digestive chain—clearing the path for deeper detox and immune repair.

🧬 Approx. 80 kcal, 760 mg potassium, 320 mg natural sodium, vitamin K, some folate, antioxidants, sodium cluster salts, enzymes, trace minerals, and bioavailable electrolytes.
07:30
Cellular & Energy Support

Barley Grass 1-6 capsules (500-3000 mg)
Stirs up toxins and supports heavy metal detox.
💡 Initiates the release of heavy metals and deeply embedded toxins from the liver and tissues—acting early in the detox chain.

Rather than binding toxins, it stirs stagnant debris so other cleansing agents can carry it out. Rich in chlorophyll, iron, and trace minerals, it supports internal alkalinity, cellular repair, and liver nourishment.

Build up dosage gradually to avoid overwhelming the system.

🧬 Chlorophyll, alkalising trace minerals (including iron, zinc, and selenium), plant-based protein cofactors, and enzyme precursors.

B12 1 dropper (2.5 mg)
Critical nerve, liver, and adrenal support during viral detox.
💡 Plays a key role in nerve repair, adrenal recovery, and methylation—three functions often weakened under long-term viral strain.

Methylcobalamin supports brain and nerve tissue, while adenosylcobalamin fuels cellular energy production in the liver. Taken together, they ensure coverage across systems under stress.

During deep detox, B12 helps buffer emotional swings, stabilise the nervous system, and prevent viral die-off from overwhelming the body.

🧬 2,500 mcg combined methyl- and adenosylcobalamin. Water-soluble, no toxicity buildup. Taken away from zinc, which inhibits absorption.

Carbohydrates: ~ 509 g
Fiber: ~102 g
Protein: ~ 64 g
Fat: ~ 9 g

Caloric intake is steady and sufficient, ideal for healing without overexertion.

Carbohydrates dominate, offering clean, steady glucose from potatoes, oats, peas, and fruits.

Protein is adequate, primarily from peas, oats, and supportive vegetable sources.

Fat remains naturally low, exactly as needed to support liver repair.

Fibre intake is high, promoting stable blood sugar and healthy elimination.

Additional notes

• No salt or spices are used. Even small amounts can stimulate digestion or activate the liver when it needs rest—not work.

• If subtle flavour is needed, only the gentlest herbs are appropriate:
Parsley (grounding, mineral-rich)
Thyme (calming, antimicrobial, hydration support)
Coriander (gentle detox and mineral balance)

• Garlic, chili, and other stronger ingredients are too activating in early stages but may be reintroduced once the liver stabilises.

• A small banana around 18:00 can help stabilise blood sugar overnight—especially if hunger remains or sleep is interrupted. Organic coriander or thyme may also assist with hydration retention at night.

This clean, nutrient-dense, liver-centred plan provides exactly what the body needs to restore balance, flush out burdens, and rebuild from within.

Healing is not linear, but this protocol creates the space for it to unfold.
